Mark and Beth joined NAIM in 1991. They have been involved in ministry in Saskatchewan and in British Columbia. Past ministries have included field ministry in Saskatchewan, acting as Field Director on the prairies and British Columbia and working in the NAIM office.
Presently, Beth and Mark minister in field ministry in Mission, BC. They seek to make disciples in the local First Nation community. They work at developing friendships and building trust. The Lord brings about natural opportunities to share the Gospel, disciple, and help foster growth in the Native church.
Currently, the primary focus is an after-school outreach called Mission Kids. This ministry, in partnership with Northview Community Church, has twenty elementary age children presently enrolled. This has led to meaningful inroads with families of the Mission Kids students.
Another significant thrust is connecting First Nation men with Northview’s Authentic Manhood outreach. Authentic Manhood is an outstanding, relevant, Bible-based ministry that challenges, encourages, and equips guys to follow God’s design for men and to reach their potential through Christ.
An important part of their ministry is keeping in touch with friends in Saskatchewan where they worked in earlier years.
God has put a deep love in Mark and Beth’s hearts for First Nation people. They are thrilled to be able to see the difference Christ has made – and will continue to make – in these dear friends.
