Neal and Darcey have been serving on Kinistin First Nation, a Saulteaux (pronounced “soto”) reserve in rural Saskatchewan, three hours north of Regina, for over 30 years. They lived on the Kinistin reserve the first 8 years of their ministry, and presently live 6 miles east of the reserve.
The Alsbachs’ primary focus is evangelism and discipleship, which includes Bible studies, Mexico missions trips, and community involvement. They seek to build a bridge between the First Nations community and the local church.
Neal also has the position of regional director for Saskatchewan and Montana. Neal and Darcey are both involved in supervising staff, and Neal participates in leadership meetings at the head office in Vancouver.
